1.You Have To Decide

It all lies within your decision. Once you set your mind to it, it will only be a matter of a few months before you achieve your desired goal. Take a stand that you would not rest till you get in shape, and before you know it, you will have already lost that upsetting belly of yours.

2. Needs a Plan

Do not plan what you will eat and how much you will exercise. Plan what you will not eat! And also plan what form of exercise gives you pleasure. It can be aerobics, swimming, dancing, running, whatever. There are so many ways to lose belly fat. Choose the one that you find easy. Also, be realistic and patient. It takes time to get rid of that accumulated fat.

3. Now  It's the time to Act

Once you are all decided, start acting. It is okay to take baby steps. Give yourself a time limit by which you are to put your plan in full motion. And keep in mind that what is more important than falling off the wagon is getting back on it! Also, do not check your weight every day. Give a two week break to that.







4. Motivate

Every day tell yourself that you have arrived, and you are going in the right way. Pat yourself with every little achievement. Once you start losing that tummy, and people start to notice, you will be so motivated that you will always remain on the track of fitness.

5. Never Ever to compare

Every one is different, and so is everyone’s body. Do not compare your results to anyone else’s. Listen to your own body. You will be able to easily recognize what is right for you and what is not.
Being fit is one of the best feelings in the world. Your mood, your reaction to situations, your tendency to lash out, and so much more depends on how your body feels. It is your body, take good care of it!
